ARCHITECT
The right candidate will have design talent, leadership/project management skills, the ability to solve problems, sustainable design knowledge and excellent communications skills, knowledge of current BC Building Code, ability to design a variety of building types and to handle a project from schematic design to construction administration. Resourceful, creative team player with excellent communication skills– both verbal and written.

• Proven understanding of and willingness to work on all phases of project design with a team.

• Desire to work in a highly collaborative creative environment.

• Liaising with sub consultants;

• Assisting with and / or managing Contract Administration services.

• Experience with AUTOCAD 2008, Excel, Word.

The successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively participate and work in a team environment.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.

CAD TECHNOLOGIST
Must have excellent drafting and AutoCAD skills, be technically oriented, capable of preparing all aspects of Construction Documents, and have the ability to work on many projects and meet deadlines. Priority will be given to highly self-motivated and self-directed candidates with an inquisitive technical aptitude and superior CAD drafting skills, able to produce complete construction documents under supervision of senior staff. The ideal candidate will have acquired these skills through a minimum of 3 years well rounded experience in a variety of institutional and commercial projects.
