Experience has shown that local presence has distinct advantages in large recreation projects. For many of their past projects VDA has assembled teams that address the diversity of the project and the needs of the local environment and community. This team approach addresses the complex nature of recreation development. The work calls for a variety of specialized skills and experience seldom found in a single firm and certainly not always local to that particular community.

The VDA architectural team approach establishes local Prime Consultancy representation together with the specific recreation design, delivery skills, and experience necessary to ensure a successful project.

VDA design teams represent a careful blend of local talent supplemented with the most experienced recreation architects and mechanical engineers in Canada to provide the local authorities with the complete comprehensive design and administrative service package necessary to see a project through to a successful conclusion.
